Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Grand Final

Since the year 2000, France, Germany, Spain, and United Kingdom have been granted an automatic pass to the Grand Final, thanks to their respective broadcasters providing significant financial support for the Contest. When Italy returned to the competition in 2011, they were also granted this status. This group is known as the Big Five.

With Italy as the host country, the Big Five will be the only auto-qualifiers for the Eurovision Grand Final on May 14, 2022. There will be a semi-final allocation held January 25, 2022 to distribute the remaining 36 countries to the two semi-finals to be held on May 10 and May 12. 10 countries from each semi-final will advance, creating a lineup of 25 songs for the Grand Final.
